We believe in, " Make a customer, not a sale " Customer is our first priority and we always try to make him proud for being a wise owner of the product. Ultimately the customer drives the product and we give high preference for customer service.
We have well equipped service centre with trained technicians in our corporate office and in all the dealer's showrooms. We have customer support team to resolve all the service related queries. Each complaint is handled in a systematic way starting from recording the complaint (Job card for each vehicle), servicing, overall inspection and final check up. A detailed record is maintained to keep the history of each vehicle.
Test drive is given to the customer before delivering the vehicle. And also we have 'standby vehicle facility' for the customers who are delayed by the service. Every complaint is studied thoroughly and rectified properly.

Future Plan
"Leo Bikes" is planning to upgrade their models up-to 1000 watts motor & 33 Ah battery with 45 to 65 km/hour speed, to fulfill requirement of customer from 2008.

"Leo Bikes" are the models of the future some heart touching features of bike is as under – "Leo Bikes" is planning for “QUICK CHARGE FACILITY” Outlets. These outlets will work like Petrol pump in all over India to avoid the restriction of single charge. This facility to be provide our e-bike customers to charge the battery at our outlets at highway, petrol pumps, Schools Colleges, Offices, Restaurants, hotel etc, to cover their long distance without tension. Customer can charge their vehicle at our outlets; it will take 10-15 minutes for full charge.
