How to recharge the battery?
It is as simple as recharging a mobile cell phone.. Connect the charger to the battery and the charger to a three pin domestic electric points & switch on the electricity and the battery starts getting charged. The charger automatically disconnects after the battery is fully charged, displaying green Led. 

What about after sales service?
Committed dealers network is setup to give full fledge service to the customer, however it is a maintenance free E-bike..

What about Registration formalities?
Leo E-Bike is exempted from registration by regulatory Authority, as its specification comply with the ARAI norms. 

Any problems using this vehicle during rains?
No, Because battery box and the motor are water proof, under splashing conditions. There will be no problems using these vehicles during rains. But care should be taken that the vehicles don’t get submerged in water.

 
Can we wash these vehicles?
Yes, you can easily wash these vehicles. But ensure that before starting, the vehicle should be in dry condition

What is the average life of batteries?
It is around 2-2.5 years (500-600 cycles) depending upon the usage of the batteries. Life of the battery enhances if they are not fully discharged. Opportunity charging should be used whenever available.
